Our story
This started about twenty years ago as a favor. Friends and family brought us their deer and their beef, and we cut it in our own shop because that's what you do for people you know.
Word got around, the way it does. By 2022 there was enough work coming through the door that we made it a full-time business. Same shop, same hands, just more of them and better equipment.
Today we custom process beef and pork along with all wild game. We run cattle on the same ground, which means we know what good meat looks like before it ever reaches the rail — we raise it ourselves.
The shop you pull up to we put up ourselves in 2024 — framing, coolers, the covered entry out front. It was built for this work rather than made to do.
Every animal stays separate from the moment it comes off your tailgate to the moment you load the boxes. We don't pool meat and we don't substitute.
What you drop off is what you pick up.
